Our service

Qoys Academy provides live online classes in Quran, Arabic, Somali language, and Islamic Studies for Muslim families.

Accurate information

Parents are responsible for providing accurate information about themselves and their children when booking. This helps us match the right teacher and schedule.

Scheduling and confirmation

Classes are scheduled after our team confirms availability with the parent on WhatsApp or email. A booking request is not a confirmed class until we confirm it.

Payments

Payments are handled manually outside the website through approved money transfer methods such as PaySi, WorldRemit, Taaj, Dahabshiil, Zaad, E-Dahab, or bank transfer. No card payment is taken on this website.

Attendance, behaviour and cancellation

We ask that students attend classes on time and behave respectfully with teachers. Parents may cancel or reschedule a class by contacting us on WhatsApp in advance. Repeated no-shows may pause a class slot until we can reconfirm the schedule.

Communication

All communication with teachers should happen through channels approved by Qoys Academy — normally WhatsApp and email. This keeps parents included in every conversation.
