How to request a refund

Parents should contact Qoys Academy on WhatsApp at +252 63 819 0390 for any refund or cancellation request.

What we look at

Refund eligibility depends on how many classes have already been used in the current period, teacher scheduling, and the status of your package. We do our best to be fair to both families and teachers.

No automatic website refunds

Because payments are collected manually through money transfer apps (PaySi, WorldRemit, Taaj, Dahabshiil, Zaad, E-Dahab, and similar), there are no automatic refunds on this website. All refund requests are reviewed by our team.

Review process

Once you contact us, we will review your request and respond on WhatsApp with the outcome and, where applicable, the transfer details for your refund.
