Qoys Academy is committed to protecting every child who joins our classes.

Professional conduct

All teachers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully with students at all times. Classes are conducted with a family-friendly tone and appropriate content.

Parents may request teacher changes

If a parent is not comfortable with a teacher for any reason, they may request a change and we will do our best to match a new teacher quickly.

Respectful and appropriate classes

Classes should be respectful and appropriate for the age of the student. Any content that is not aligned with Islamic values and safe teaching practice is not allowed.

Approved communication channels

Parent–teacher communication should happen through channels approved by Qoys Academy — usually WhatsApp or email — so parents remain part of the conversation.

Reporting concerns

If you have any concern about a class or a teacher, please report it immediately at salaam@qoysacademy.com or on WhatsApp at +252 63 819 0390. We take every report seriously.
